Why We Research
The industry lacks data. We are building it.
Contracts management is one of the most financially significant functions in any capital project – and one of the least benchmarked. Most contractors operate without any external data on how their contracts administration, claims readiness, or close-out discipline compares to their peers.
CALIM's research programme is designed to close that gap. Each study draws on our engagement experience, industry partnerships, and direct survey data to produce the benchmarks the industry has been missing.
